The Sunday-Night Weekly Plan
Fifteen minutes Sunday night save you from reactive Mondays. Here's the exact ritual.
A planned week beats a reactive one — every time, and by a wider margin than you think.
The 15-minute ritual
- Open Your Work hub. Look at last week's Done — note the wins and what didn't ship.
- Pick 3 outcomes for next week. Not tasks — outcomes. 'Hire the FE engineer' beats '5 interviews'.
- Block deep-work time on the calendar — twice — for the most important outcome.
- Look at the week's meetings. Decline anything where you can't name a decision you're contributing to.
